The Executive Commissioner of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) adopts an amendment to 1 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) §353.1302, concerning the Quality Incentive Payment Program for Nursing Facilities providing services under Medicaid managed care on or after Sept. 1, 2019. Section 353.1302 is adopted with changes to the proposed text as published in the Nov. 17, 2023, issue of the Texas Register (48 TexReg 6670) and so will be republished.
The adoption was filed on Jan. 10, 2024, and will be effective on Jan. 30, 2024. A courtesy copy of the preamble and rule text is available for viewing on the HHS Provider Finance Department QIPP webpage under the “Methodology/Rules” section.
