Investigators

Investigate complaints against a licensed facility, operation or licensed professional.

Nurses

Conduct on-site inspections, complaint and incident investigations, and annual comprehensive surveys in facilities to determine compliance with federal and state health and safety regulations.

Inspectors

Evaluate applications and facilities to issue licenses and registrations, and conduct regular inspections for licensed facilities and operations.

Architects

Review architectural and construction plans for facilities based on current federal and state codes, laws and regulations.

Engineers

Evaluate facilities’ corrections for compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.

Administrative Support

Manage data entry for field staff and support daily operations.
