Partners & Communities

It is estimated that by 2030, more than 70 million people will be 65 or older. At that time, nearly one in five Americans will be an “older American”. With this significant change in demographics, communities need to ensure they are ready to meet the needs of older residents and help them to age and live well.

Support for Communities and Organizations

The Age Well Live Well campaign encourages people and communities to take steps today to be healthy, connected and informed. If you are wanting to make a positive change or if you are a service provider representing a large organization, AWLW has resources to help organizations and communities build awareness, plan events and assess their community resources.
