Requirement for Local Authority (LA) to Conduct Permanency Planning
The LA is required to conduct and document permanency planning for individuals under age 22 years of age who reside in an intermediate care facility for persons with intellectual disability (ICF/ID), a Home and Community-based Services (HCS) residential group home or nursing facility.
