Revision Notice 04-0; Effective April 1, 2004

This revision introduces the Contracting to Provide Special Services to Persons with Disabilities Handbook. This handbook contains the rules for adult day care facilities and other provider agencies contracting to provide special services to persons with disabilities (SSPD) and SSPD 24-hour shared attendant care. These rules were adopted April 1, 2004. This handbook also contains appendices of useful information for SSPD provider agencies.
