You may qualify for breast or cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services if you:
- are a Texas resident;
- are a woman ages 18‒64;
- have an income at or below 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Level; and
- do not have health insurance or are underinsured.
High priority populations most at risk for developing breast or cervical cancer are as follows:
- Breast cancer: Ages 50-64 years
- Cervical cancer: Ages 21-64 years
You may qualify for MBCC if you meet all the following criteria:
- Have been diagnosed with breast or cervical cancer
- Need treatment for a breast or cervical cancer
- Live in Texas
- Are a U.S. citizen or eligible immigrant
- Are age 18-64 years
- Do not have health insurance
- Have an income at or below 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Level

Screening and Diagnostic Services Qualifications
You may qualify for free or low-cost breast or cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services if you meet all of the following criteria:
- Live in Texas
- Do not have health insurance
- Are age 18 or over
- Have income up to 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Level

- Over age 64 years with and has had cervical cancer or moderate-to-severe cervical dysplasia and not eligible for Medicare
