Primary Health Care Services Program works with clinic sites across Texas to ensure eligible Texans can get comprehensive primary health care services to prevent, detect and treat health problems. The PHC Services Program serves men, women and children.

State Primary Health Care rules governing the activities of the Texas Department of State Health Services and contracted providers for the Primary Health Care Program can be found in Chapter 31 of the Texas Health and Safety Code and Title 25 of the Texas Administrative Code.
