COVID-19 is a worldwide pandemic. The health and safety of the children you serve, of you, and of your employees is of paramount importance. We are also working diligently to ensure the health and safety of our staff.

Child Care Regulation will continue to respond in-person to reports of serious allegations involving the health, safety, and well-being of children. Other regulatory activities that require on site presence may be handled through alternative methods or delayed. Child Care Regulation staff will still be available to answer your questions, provide technical assistance, and provide other support by phone and email.

Please note that Child Care Regulation staff are working outside of the office. Leaving a message with a local office may result in a delayed response. The fastest way to get a response is by sending an email directly to your inspector. If you do not know your inspector, you may email This is an evolving situation.
