The HHSC headquarters in Austin is scheduled for a planned telephone outage starting at 10 a.m. Friday going to 8 a.m. Saturday.  This outage will affect Consumer Rights and Services intake, including provider self-reporting.

Affected operational functions include:

  • The provider self-reporting number -- 800-458-9858
  • CRS voice mail

Providers can self-report online 24/7 at https://apps.hhs.texas.gov/services/crs/incidentforms/SRI/
