Non-state government owned  nursing facilities participating in the Quality Incentive Payment Program  are required to conduct a monthly Quality Assurance Performance Improvement meeting to receive payment under Component One of the program. 

The process for submitting the QAPI Validation Report form is now online for reporting periods beginning Dec. 1, 2017.  The link for submission also is on the HHSC QIPP website

Submissions no longer will be accepted through the email box, beginning Dec. 2, 2017.

If you currently are participating in bulk submissions, please continue with the current submission procedures.

Please be sure that you are still following these guidelines related to the naming of the file that you are uploading with your submission:

The title of the uploaded QAPI Validation Report Form file should include:

  • Facility Name
  • Month The Meeting Took Place
    • Example: Stoneybrook Manor September
