The Consumer Rights and Services (CRS) hotline (1-800-458-9858) main phone menu options will change Sept. 1. After choosing a language, providers who need to self-report an incident will press 2 from the main menu. The subsequent incident voicemail menu, prompts and online reporting portal won’t change.

The CRS email address to send in completed Provider Investigation Reports will change Sept. 1 to crsprovider@hhsc.state.tx.us.
